While we were out site seeing we stopped here for lunch. The food was very good (enchilada style burritos). The service was quick, and the atmosphere was pleasant. This establishment is very clean which is important to us. The prices are very fair and the servings are generous.

Super yummy food here. I’m obsessed with the spinach and mushroom enchiladas. We subbed out rice for beans. They are super great at substitutions. My daughter added shrimp to hers. Everything is fresh. They are super friendly. Parking is a breeze. Waitstaff is awesome. They are also known for their margaritas. This is my favorite Mexican in Cottonwood.

JMJ...Friday 20 January 2023. First visit. Love it so far. Nice greeting from cashier/hostess, the music is so wonderful. I don't dance much, but their Pandora selections set the mood for eating delicious Mexican cuisine while tapping my foot to delightful South of the Border music!! Chips and salsa always a great meal starter. The red salsa is spicy. The chopped cabbage mixture was actually a nice addition atop the beans. Yummy! My meal has been served and this order of HUGH shrimp with onions and bell peppers and sides of rice and beans look mouth watering DELICIOUS. Let me get busy! Yes!! A very tasty meal. More than ample servings. Overall, very pleased with this first visit. Fantastic atmosphere and musically entertaining. Oh! Must add that I ordered the Fried Ice Cream! It was beyond DELICIOUS!! The serving of vanilla ice cream topped with some type of crunchy, sweet cereal, drizzled with chocolate and carmel syrup and two dollops of whipped cream and light dusting of sprinkles was I-can't-stop-eating scrumptious!! The serving is enough for 3 to 4 people (as an after dinner dessert), but I ate half! Wonderful finish to my appetite sating meal! Highly recommend locals and travelers to stop in for a meal. And, must add a correction. A photo I posted incorrectly places the restaurant in Camp Verde. Thankfully, the location is correctly identified on Google Maps. Blessings!

Best Mexican food in AZ so far for me. From the beans to the mole de pollo everything tasted authentic. The Michelada was PERFECT! Staff was very attentive and super friendly.

A local park ranger actually suggested this place when we said we were going to this area. We travel the country full-time and always find a local Mexican restaurant on Tuesdays. We were not disappointed in anything. The margaritas were better than most we've had even though they were house happy hour specials. All of us enjoyed our dishes.

Sad to say this restaurant has closed permanently. Ate here on Sunday 30 March and server informed us it was their last day as the property had been sold and the new owners have other plans. We are local and eat here several times a year on the dog-friendly patio. Always had a good experience. Staff is hard-working, courteous and attentive. Food is always good. Is it better than other Mexican restaurants in the area? Not necessarily, they are all pretty competitive. But it is worth coming back to every so often, especially when the weather is nice on the patio.

Amazing authentic Mexican food! Clean and friendly atmosphere with a full bar and draft beer! Attentive staff and the best Carne Asada and Pollo Asado I've had in a long time!
